it needs a pump but since i have a 30 gallon and probably the smallest pump would do at least 75gph it wont help with ich much at all correct? i may also make a new thread for this uv question[/QUOTE]

I wish I could write this with a great Scottish accent. "That's Crap!" don't waste your money on 3w UV. It's like carrying a five gallon of bucket to put out a forrest fire.

too late lol..it was only 35 bucks...at least itll add a little prevetative measure...i have a pump that can adjust from 50-100gph so i may slow it to 50 to give whatever passes by a little more jolt
