AcroPower by Two Little Fishies

Right on time, let's test the waters Dave :D The other member who was testing it had shutdown his tank. Wanna know how everything is compared from time to time

I use it regularly, but in smaller doses with Fuel being my main supplement. Couldn't tell you if it works or not.
Get great color in my display, but overdid GFO in my frag tank a couple months ago and lost a lot of color! Still coming back around and trying to raise nutrients (no socks no gfo!) ...

So who knows? lol

I never kept up with it, too much of a PITA to add it manually every day. I may pick up a cheap BRS pump later and try again.

Says to shake well so might need to add a stirrer too. At least it doesn't need to be refrigerated.

I've heard of people just dosing. I don't see any solids or particles in there so wondering how necessary it is to shake.

I dosed mine. Went through an entire large bottle with no noticeable difference so I stopped with no noticeable difference. After doing a good bit of reading on the subject, I do not believe that the Acro Power adds anything that my current feeding regimen does not already provide. Thus I did not see a difference. I believe that if I fed only pellets or fed infrequently I may see a bigger difference.

i use acropower and have been for about 6 months i add a cap full twice a week.i dont see any negative affects from it and colors do look alittle better nothing crazy but better.i think it would work best for reefers with ulns or frag tanks.

got my acropower last week and dosed 1 time per the recommendation on the label. next thing I noticed, hair algae grew crazy in spots that I knew for sure there's no algae of. as a matter of fact, my tank doesn't have much, if any, algae to begin with. there's no change to my tank other than the acropower. so, at least something is using the extra amino acids efficiently

It can take a few weeks for your acros to start taking it in.

I mix my frozen food with it and reef chili. Can't really tell you what it's doing for me, but my corals all seem happy.

If you just want a one-off id say Fuel from Seachem is a really good product that will benefit your acros. I also like the KZ Pohls Xtra for coloration. You can dose that without running zeovit. I bought the whole program but will probably only use that and a couple others when they run out.

Just so you all know...Pure Reef has had and has been selling AcroPower for some time now.
