I added the final livestock last night to my 90 gallon tank, a purple pseudochromis that had been in my daughters nano tank since January.

As soon as he hit the water my Tomani Tang started running him like crazy. I know that things like this can happen with new additions and may resolve in a couple of days. I thought that Tomini Tangs were fairly peaceful though.

Has anyone else experienced an aggressive Tomini before?

You may have done this already, it helps to feed everyone in their separate tanks and turn the lights out for the rest of the day before the transfer of a new fish, full stomachs and darkness mellow most fish out.:D

It did calm down, thanks guys. I also discovered that the pseudo eats aptasia apparently. Some snuck in on a nice piece that we bought from someone getting out of the hobby. I was contemplating an order for the stuff that kills it when I noticed the purple guy getting after it. I really hope he got it all rather than released more.
