ahh my corals killed eachother.. :(

so i had this nice fist sized colony of birdsnest that had been perched high up in the rocks for weeks. well last night it decided to fall down to the sand and just barley touch my favorite green plate coral.. the birdsnest is now completely white and the plate is brown almost black... you think there is any chance of either one coming back?

The plate, possibly. The BN-no. But luckily those grow fast to start another colony.
