As far as the light, go to wal-mart and get the GE Energy Smart Daylight 6500K and a red light bulb. Chlorophyll uses blue and red spectrum light primarily from the light spectrum and if you can target the blue with the 6500K and the red with the red bulb you will see some crazy stuff start to grow. Hope that helps.
