Anemone in 2 month old tank..

Just wondering A friend gave me a rock that had an anemone on it. I really wanted the rock because it is a well-seeded rock but I'm not sure my tank is ready for a anemone.. I put it in the tank anyway and it seems to be doing okay right now however what do I need to watch out for if it starts to go bad?

If it starts to look like a blob of slime and detaches from the rock. That is normally a sign to get it out. What kind of anemone?

If I could get it off rock I would just give it away but let me see how it goes... of course my two clowns aren't interested...lol

Well it let loose of the rock so I took it out.. I have it in some saltwater in a 5 gallon water bucket.. I don't think it's going to make it..
