My advice: act now. If you just spotted the first one, you surely have more but not a ton. When treating for FWs, it isn't the "dose" that is risky, it's the toxins that the FWs release when they die. The lower your population, the safer it is (and the more likely you are to get them all).

I couldn't really see the other side so I am not sure if there was a white stripe.

What is the recommended treatment?

Picked up some Flatworm Exit today. As I am putting together my plan, all those cool hiding spots and caves are not so cool anymore. Also, I am still trying to decide the best day to devote my full attention to my tank. Probably gonna be Monday.
