It says aquarium safe. Just want to make sure it doesn't turn yellow like something I used before that said it was aquarium safe.

Never used it.

I do have some clear Momentive RTV you are welcome to use. I know the RTV won't turn yellow.

Will it bond plastic/acrylic to glass? What part of Douglasville are you in?

After thinking about it I'm going with black silicone. Any one know where to find it local?

I have to look but I'm pretty sure I have some black here too. For an overflow it will be fine. You can't really bond glass and acrylic. For an overflow or sump baffles it works.

Mark,

Sorry I didn't respond quicker. I do have some black rtv. I'm off chapel hill near publix.

you better make sure rtv doesn't have anything bad in it. I would stick with a aquarium product or GE I silicone.

Nice.. I'm on chapel hill about a mile from Publix too.I'm in Sterling pointe near BP gas station.

Several tank makers use it I'm pretty sure it's safe. Also it's FDA approved for food contact. ;) Most silicone is just a sealant. RTV 100 series is an adhesive/sealant.
