any suggestions on digital timers?

any suggestions on what kind of digital timers to get? and where? LFS (lawrenceville area) have them? online?

yeah, dont get one...ive heard they fail almost always at some point - the $5 dial timers ones at home depot have proven to be more reliable. I have 2

digitals fail and always at the worst time. I've had several different ones. The Coralife ones seem to always fail. The Sylvania one that I have has done ok so far. The ones that have set pins works best but even those will eventually fail to keep accurate time.

Either buy the old manual kind, or spend a hundred bucks on a Reefkeeper Lite... it's a real fancy timer.

Keen Reef has them... and near you!

been running 2 of the HD 3 prong ones for 2 and some change years, no problems...

i have some lowe's timers on my fish only tank. not really a problem with them ever. except they are so big and blocky. and if the power is ever out or it's unplugged, i gotta respin it to get it back to normal. kinda annoying.
