So I have a ton of frags waiting to be placed in their long-term spots in my tank. I need them all up there so I can see them, though, before deciding where to put them.

Anyone near me have a frag rack I could borrow for a few days? I am here:

Yup, the rock in my tank. Bring them over and I will store them as long as you like!!!! hehehehehehehe

I'd actually be fine with that, just don't have any way to mount it and it needs to be a solid mount because it will be in pretty high flow.

you can make a box out of egg crate and zip tie together should be pretty sturdy. I have all that if you really need it

A 2*4 pc is about what 13.00 now but yes a box or a shelf hanging from the top. Tie wraps are awsome

Yeah, I was just hoping someone had one that I could pick up in less than the amount of time it would take me to build one :)

i have some pcs as well but time and gas to my house or heaths you could go down the street to hd.

and this from the guy who just recieved a gazillion frags for being a humble, sweet, selfless, caring, lovable individual who always puts the good of his tank before all else. :lol2:
Ohh I meant the good of ARC (all in good fun Rich)

I have a rack but I'm a long way from alpharetta, but as someone suggested if you go to home depot you can buy a piece of egg crate from the lighting department for a few $ and get some tie wraps (also in the electrical department) and you can make a stand or 2 quite easily. Then when your done with them you can offer to loan them to Rich I think he may need them too.

LOL.

Or you could grab a mag float and jump in that fancy jeep of you'd, drive out here tomorrow and we will use some of the weld on and egg crate I have lying in the garage to build you a perm one that can be mounted any where in the tank. :-).

no need wasting the dollars on a mag float you can get some pretty powerfull magnets at HD that I have used making egg crate racks. they work great even on the 3/4 glass of my 150. I coated them with a very thin layer of epoxy in case of any leeching for those who have a concern with that issue. get the rectangle ones not the round ones they are stronger and this is much cheaper than a mag float

Thanks for all the help! This thread will be very useful later. I've got one now, though. I appreciate it.

Just can't figure out how to close the thread; no option at the top for this one.
