Anybody have any idea what THIS is??

Saw this in my tank this afternoon. I thought it was trash or something until I saw it moving across the substrate. Maybe my Featherduster? he lost his crown last week...

I'd say so - looks like it vacated its tube too... not good. It can create another tube (and re-grow a crown) but it's pretty vulnerable all nekkid there and stuff...
