Anybody with a RK lite?

No, leave them plugged in and see if you select a channel and change it from "off" or "Auto" to "on" and the corresponding LED should light up if they're communicating.

That's another thing, is the channel on "Auto" and not "Off"? Also, is the power switch on the PC4 turned on? Not trying to make you feel dumb, just making sure.

Yes, the power is on and they are plugged in :D. I'm almost sure its a firmware issue. I'm downloading the updating software on my other laptop right now.

Cool. I'll be home in about an hour and can continue helping if needed.

I probably need to update the firmware on my setup, but I haven't felt the urge since everything's been working fine.

Just updated head unit to 1.03 and the pc4's to 1.012. Still having issues though.

Seems a lot of folks have issues with them..not really sure why in the world they would have made the menu sooo overly difficult to use compared to earlier versions..

My RK2 with simple to navigate menu is still chugging along.. :)

I think I've got it figured out now after the update. Pretty big learning curve from the old RK's

I gotta give Melissa props. She is actually the one that figured most of it out. It does have a lot of cool functions which is what makes it more difficult.

Along with the net module they are going to be releasing easyflow navigation which will make it more like the old RK style programming. This will be a big plus IMO.

We got it figured out now. Thanks to my wife and Gametrackers for spending some time on the phone with me last night and this morning.
