Anyone Ever Have THIS Happen?!?

I just got home and noticed my yellow tang had gotten sucked into my Vortech "grill". He must have been going after a piece of my waving hand that got sucked in there as well. I went to grab him out, thinking he was toast and he was FINE! A little freaked out, it seems, but all in all OK.

I had a small angel get stuck to the side of and MP10 and he/she is fine and doing well now also.

Any tang I have ever had stuck to a vortech has died shortly thereafter. A healthy fish should have been able to swim free.

Sailfin died this way, but I agree with Matt -- I think he was weak when it happened or he'd have gotten loose on his own. He lived for awhile after, but I imagine there were internal injuries from which he couldn't recover

We'll see. He's swimming about now and eating like a champ! Fingers crossed...
