Anyone have some RoDi to spare?

Hey Salty...... Did you get some ro/di water yet? If not I will be back in town tomorrow and I can get it to you. I also am in the Stockbridge area.

Publix or a vendor of Publix sell water out of the machine. It does go through two carbon filters and a UV sterilizer, but it is not de-ionized water. The water from the machine is drinkable; whereas de-ionized water is not drinkable.

Truth statement. Although the water goes through two carbon filters and a UV sterilizer, the water is not de-ionized.

They actually list the service schedule on the side of the machine. Either way, I would only use it as a last resort over tap water.

The vendor actually checked [samples] the water either monthly or bi-monthly. The date is displayed on the unit when the last service was done. I'm not sure exactly what takes place during these checks, but the unit will display the last time it was serviced.
