Even though this has been very aggravating I think I have figured out the cycle of the eggs. I im 95% sure I got all the adults out. I thought I got all the eggs, but today I have been picking off several baby nudi's. So from what I can tell it's about a week from when the eggs are layed until they hatch. They grow very rapidly. It has been 3 days since I had picked the last adult out of the tank. I am starting fw dips this afternoon. Just thought I would give everyone an update. Thanks for the help.
