The Sunblaze model seems to run around $200 less than all of the other compariable 48" 8 blulb T5 fixtures.

Anyone use this light? How are the ballasts? Much success, or should I spend the extra cash and go for another fixture? I'm thinking of mounting this in a canopy, so I dont care what it looks like. (It sure is a ugly looking fixture)

Thanks
Mike

I use the new wave fixtures from sunlight supply. I would suggest these over the sunblaze due to the fact that the new wave has individual reflectors and the sun blaze is just a flat reflector.

The new waves are the commercial version of the Tek series.

Thanks,
Tim

Just remember if you go with the Tek or any of the Sunlight Supply fixtures you are going to have to purchase the bulbs separately. Around $20 minimum per bulb.

The bulbs are not included in most high end fixtures. The cheaper fixtures like Current USA include low quality bulbs. I like current USA, just no where near as much as I like Sun Light Supply.
