I've been trying to setup my Apex Jr at my office for the last few hours. It's on a network viewable by a few different offices, not sure if that could affect anything. I have it plugged directly into our wireless router, Amped Wireless R10000 router. Both yellow and green lights are on on the Apex Jr., Although the green light is blinking.

When I try to login using http://apex">http://apex</a> it doesn't work. When I try the Apex Browser Utility it doesn't recognize the Apex. So without an IP for the Apex I'm stuck? I can't really get into my router and change stuff since we have an IT guy here who's put security stuff out the butt on our network.

Any tips before I get him involved?

I have the IP and subnet via command prompt ipconfig. using 192.168.1.50 gets me nothing. i guess i'll give him a call to make it easier.

You will heed to know the addresses of the router. For example I have comcast and my address is 10.0.0.7 (
a>).

I had the worst time with my Apex, so I just called Neptune... They were great and it has been up and running ever since!
