Apex gaming adapter help

I'm looking for someone to help me set up a gaming adapter to control my Apex via the internet. I had an ethernet cable hardwired, but have to move my modem and now that's no an option. I'm happy to pay for your time. Thanks.

The one I bought was pretty much plug and play. What are your issues with it.

I believe you'll have to move the modem to configure the adapter for wireless use. Contact Neptune, you've already paid for their assistance.

Do you have wifi in the house?

If you had it working via ethernet cable before all you should need to so is make sure you get data passed using the gaming adapter on a PC or laptop using the default setup then hook the Apex up to it. Since it was already configured with your router via hardline I'd assume that the Apex is already set with a static IP and the router is forwarding the http request port to it correctly.
