I'm in the process of upgrading from an Apex Jr. to an Apex Lite. Am I able to save my Jr settings and load them on to the Lite, I'm assuming not since there is no longer the 4 outlets the Jr has and I'm running an EB8 now. I was looking to find the way to reset the Lite last night but was unsuccessful. The manual from Neptune's website says you cannot without a display, which I am not using, but the unofficial guide says you can and doesn't really explain how. I went to Config>Load/Save>Select All>Reset Config but it still has all the same profiles and outlets.

On the good news front, I was able to connect it via my wireless adapter to my wireless router and view/control it from my laptop. Tonight I'm gonna mess around with the settings to get it to work from any computer :shades:

If you're able to connect with web interface, you can reset:

Configuration -> Misc Setup -> Initialize memory -> Initialize All

Thanks, that worked. It took a little fiddling to get the EB8 to get recognized. Now time to mess with the network :boo::boo:

Can't you export your settings as an XML file and then copy and paste?

Did you try support? You can't be the first to do this. And I'm curious as I might be doing the same thing next year lol!

I may eventually try. The only programming I had was for my AI Sols, heater, and email alarms. It's kind of a PITA since my Jr is on my tank at my office so I can't just go from one to the other. I will be keeping the Jr running my lights and heater until I switch the livestock over after the cycle.

Are you able to get everything to work now?

I haven't had much time to work on it since setting it up on the home network. I'll hopefully get some time today but that's not looking like its gonna happen lol.

Let me know if you need any help. We had the hardest time getting it to work outside our home and resetting configurations.

Thanks! Unfortunately I'm traveling the next two weeks for work so next weekend I'm going to devote a lot of time to making it work.
