Aqua Controller Apex Set Up

I am looking at buying the Aqua Controller Apex unit for my 200 gallon reef tank, and I am wondering if someone who already has a Aqua Controller Apex, would be able to walk me thru exactly what i need to start off. I have read everything on neptunes site but still have a few questions. the different probes and probe modules are what is a little confusing.

Honestly... the BEST place to find all you need is the Neptune forum on RC. Kenargo and a few others know everything there is to know about the Apex and one even wrote THE book on it.

Aside from that... it'll all depend on your setup. Stock, the Apex comes with pretty much everything you're going to need. If you use vortechs you may want to get the WXM (I highly recommend).
