AquaticLife CO2 Regulator

I don't know if this was a crazy coincidence, but after purchasing my second AquaticLife regulator, I've drained two CO2 bottles. I can't find any leaks and I put the washer in the regulators. So I drained a bottle with my old Aquaticlife regulator, and now have done the same with a new Aquaticlife regulator. Anyone experience something similar? The bottle drains in a matter of hours.

That's an adjustable regulator, make sure you don't over tighten the pressure release sprint. It's the gigantic nut in the front with the pin holes
