ARC EXPO 2019 Member Booth Registration Here!

We have a limited number of Member booths for the upcoming ARC EXPO on May 18th, 2019.

Member EXPO Booths
Each booth comes with the following...
* One 6' X 2' draped table
* Two chairs
* Two 110v outlets
$150 Member cost per booth
**Booth payment to be made through ARC PayPal account: treasurer@atlantareefclub.org

-Members splitting booths is OK but one member must Submit a booth registration (attached) form and make the payment in full.

"THERE ARE ONLY 10 MEMBER BOOTHS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME SO AVAILABILITY IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVE"
-This means the first 10 members to submit and pay the fee in full get a booth, first come first served so done delay if you plan to set up a booth.

We will keep track of how many are paid for in this thread.

Usually 7 AM on the day of the expo but I believe we ill have Friday evening access too. I''l update the 1st post once I confirm.

Access to Hall C will be from 3pm-10pm Friday 5/17. And on Saturday 5/18 it will open at 7am.

Right now we have 5 left open for a total of 36. I can add more up until 4/29/19 but we are going to cap it at 40.
If the booth isn't paid for by 4/29 it will not be included.

Sorry I missed this one. There should be access from either side. Rear would be preferred for move in.
