Are there any high demand corals that are not....

It takes a while to grow back to a full circular shape but when they do I bet they will fetch a pretty good price. People are figuring out how to frag those and plates now so I think they might be the next "fad" as the nicer ones can be propagated.

I didn't think scolys grew back to their original shape? I know some have fragged them, but they stay that half circle shape. If they do, however, that's be great.

Here's a scoly that just went for almost $800 on eBay:

Naw, this is pretty much my plan, though I'm focusing on zoas and a few LPS. I know I'll have to pay a bit more up front, but if I can help others get hard to find corals for a good price, I don't really mind.

Can you try to grow a couple of these for me?

I am pretty sure that is only as real as photo shop makes it. I think I will be Doing a good bit of softies and a few of my favorite sps for the time being, who knows where I will end up. Thanks to this thread I think I finally found out my Palys are Tripple Reds!!! Thanks!

I love me some scolys, but I dont know if they will ever have LE status, they are all one of a kind, so theres that, but its a bit too limited to be an edition hah.

Reef Hobbyist Magazine (Third Quarter 2009) has an article about fragging Scolys.
