They look like the onee I was warned about during the tour of tanks (require the pickling injections) or maybe they are fine. Sorry for the poor quality pics.
 
Agreed. Looks like brown button polyps. Better diagnosis with better pics. lol as long as they dont have the anemone look to it you should be ok.

I don't like the brown button polyps. They can often spread quickly and take up valuable real estate in the tank. I'd nuke them if you don't care to keep them.
 
If you have the aiptasia too I'd try and get rid of that while they are small and few.

There are several commercial solutions for it (AiptasiaX, Joe's Juice). Some people use kalk slurry (pickling lime mixed with RO water)... worked about 50% for me.
I used Dave's formula (lye, lime and water) and it killed everything it touched the first time.
