Are they gone?

Hi folks. I purchased 2 peppermint shrimp about a month ago and have not seen any sign of them since. The only clue I have is that my aiptasia (I had a couple pop up per week) is gone. Is it possible that the peppermints are still there? I would think I would have seen them at least once....

Ive got two fire shrimp and about six months ago one disappeared. I would have sworn that he was gone - that is until about a week ago when I discovered him hiding on the back side of one of my rocks. The other one likes to hang out sometimes with my diamond goby in the goby's cave.

look for them at night when the lights are off and sometimes they come out while feeding but mostly late night a few hours after the lights have been off.

...or in your sump...mine always found their way there.

I have one in my frag tank..he use to hide out underneath a piece of LR I have in there. Now he comes out when I target feed some of the corals and he gets up on the syringe looking for his piese of mysis shrimp. He gets it then goes back under the rock to eat.

I didn't find mine again until I tore the tank down.
