So for the people that do feed nori what kind do you feed? I got some from HMart the other day for sushi. The ingredients are laver, canola oil, sesame oil, and salt. Would you feed this to your tank?

No do not use that. Just normal plain dried seaweed. No additives.

does roasted matter? i asked on R2R and the general consensus was it didn't matter if so i may get another brand
I'm not really sure, seems to me the roasting could change the nutritional value so I just take the extra step to get non roasted.
What's nori? I feed my tangs grass clippings from my yard.
That's what I use. green, red and purple.
Have been using this with good effect. Yellow tang loves it, and I like the garlic...
