Was looking here to see if they were opened any more. Last I was in there, they were repairing the damage from the flood but I've not been since.

Anyone know if they are still open or have moved perhaps? The last thread said they were looking at new locations. Any help is appreciated.

They have moved to the building behind there old one, they also changed there name

Edit: They have moved to the building behind there old one, they also changed there name

is it actually open now?...i thought alans partner had an accident and they hadnt opened yet?

For what it's worth, I had a call about a week or so ago from someone at Deep Blue Aquatics, which is, I believe, the new store you are referencing.

They told me they have NO affiliation with Atlanta Reef. They had some concerns about this having been posted on here, and asked me to contact the BOD here, which I did, on their behalf.

I have no affiliation with either of them - just passing on what I was told, and what I passed on, as requested.

yeah deep blue had nothing to do with alan or his partner to my knowledge..the last i heard, alan's partner was cutting some wood for their new store and had an accident thus postponing the project...that was a couple months ago..havent heard anything since..their old store was called Atlanta Reef..I assumed their new one would be the same

Edit: i didnt see where anyone mentioned deep blue in association here either though

I did not say the name because he doesn't wanna be on ARC, and his hand is healed up.

Hey Eddie - all of your posts lately have "edit" and the same text. Is your computer hiccupping?

The reason I was specific is because there were a couple of threads before posting erroneous information. Since Mojo is aware of the issue, I would hope the mods won't delete/edit etc. because I was just trying to clarify. Especially since the prior confusion about who owns what, caused problems that had to be brought to the club.

Now I'm very confused on what's opened/closed. I just need some snails and being Intown, my options are somewhat limited. But there's an awesome Dim Sum place up that way so I guess I'll just take my chances that something is open.

When ever I post from my phone it does it, I donno why. But when im on a computer (like now) it wont do it.

Allans partner is the owner of deep blue. They were suppose to open the store together but Allan backed out so now Tran is the sole owner of deep blue. That's why he says there's no longer a connection between the two stores.

So to answer your question. Yes Atlanta reef is no longer in business. As far as deep blue. Their olen and are right behind the old Atlanta reef.

Note. In no way am I advertising for deep blue. Just answering questions that some have asked on this thread. If it seems as advertising then mods please deleted it.

Thank you for clearing that up Hoang. Your information was current when you posted it, but the partnership dissolved after the fact.

I was just there this past Saturday and they were open. The owner has the tendency to just up and leave the store out of the blue. I guess that's where the name deep blue came from. Hahaha
