I've learned some things from everyone who has contributed here. Thanks. But, my use of "Gonna" in the title of the thread was improper English for "Going to". Not "Has"
It's my belief there is no coincidence that a new water usage tracking system is being rolled out a little more than a year from next summer's court imposed deadline.
Rates will go up if we (GA) doesn't win the appeal in federal court. And they have a new nifty little tracker to help them with that.
Plus, why let the truth get in the way of a good story?
