I would like to get another piece of rock that will span the gap(to make a bridge) and go from rock to rock like you see in this picture but how can I do that without removing the rocks(because they have corals living on them) and without using a screw? I want the bridge to be stable enough so that the only thing that can move it is a human pushing it over with a strong amount of force.

Find the placement you want. Do super glue then 2 part epoxy (water weld or aqua stick etc) then more super glue. It should hold, just use a good amount.

2.. use aqua-mend type putty

I forgot to mention that I do also have fish in this tank. Will any of these hurt the fish(especially super glue)??? And If I used super glue how do you make it dry if it is underwater? It wouldn't let me insert any pictures but the same pics I wanted to post are on another thread at the link below:

As long as the main ingredient is cyanoacrylate it will mot harm live stock unless they eat it. Water actually makes tge glur film over and helps it dry.

Nope, wont hurt a thing. Just get the gel type super glue as it is a lot less messy.

Speaking of two part putty...I cannot for the life of me get that stuff to work right. I mix the two parts plenty well. Smash it onto the frag disk and then smash that onto the rock. Next day, frag has fallen over and the putty is stuck to one or the other. Am I missing something?

The trick is super glue. Knead a ball, put super glue on the bottom of the frag plug, then put the putty on the glue, add more glue to the bottom of the epoxy then attach to where you want it.

You gotta be fast to get a good stick, water makes super glue almost immediately start curing.

Tex, I could not get it to work at all either. I did as others have mentioned;

1-super glue rock/frag
2- add epoxy to super glue
3- add super glue to the top of epoxy
4- give it a nice push into the other rock and let sit

That has worked wonders for me. Also I use the gel form of glue, seems to work better.

Superglue & the 2-part puttys won't hurt your fish, but it may cause your skimmer to go nuts.

This will work.

If you use a clump of the epoxy you MIGHT consider turning off your skimmer until it cures. My BK likes to go nuts if I use a lot.
