Auto Water Top Off

Was thinking of doing my own auto top off. Let me know what has worked for other people, was thinking of doing a gravity type system?
Ideas or pics of any?

I made a DIY ATO I took some pics. and was thinkimg about writing it up. Most here seem to go with the post above. My DIY requires some soldering and dremel work. Pros to mine: heavier duty, cost, safer (GFI) Cons: Multiple sources, more work.

I will post pictures when I get to take some, but mine is simple using a dosing pump, relay, 9 volt battery and some crimp connectors in a small project box. If you have a 12V power supply it can take place of the 9v battery.
