baby bubbles?

I bought a bubble coral at the frag swap, and I'm very pleased with it thus far. It appears to be doing super well. Last night, I noticed a couple white dots on the stalk. Upon a closer inspection, the dots are some form of life that is white and has little tenacles(?) On it. They are 1/8th inch or less in diameter. I would take a picture if I could but I'm fairly certain that the picture wouldn't turn out.

Could these be baby bubble corals, or should I be concerned. The "babies" popped up in a spot where there is no flesh. This is the reason I'm concerned they may be pest.

My guess would be hydroids or some sort of pest.

Hm... after a Google search on hydroids, I'll say that I do not think the tentacles are as stringy as what I saw pictures of. I'll just keep an eye on them. Nothing good happens fast, right? If they start growing like a weed, I'm sure it's a problem.

It's entirely possible that it's growing little sprouts. Keep an eye on them until they grow enough to tell for sure.
