Ballast not firing

So one of my electronic 250 watt ballast stopped working today. Fuse is good, little orange light is on but no light! Any ideas? Also is it ok to leave just the one on for the time being?

If you have 2, try swapping the bulbs and see if the problem follows the bulb.

It could be either-
-bulb
-ballast
-wiring
-switch (if you have it?)

Already tried that route. Bulb fires with other ballast plugged in

Then it sounds to me like it may be the ballast, but don't underestimate wiring either.

If I was closer to Athen's I would come troubleshoot it. Maybe someone closer by will step up?

I'm in Lawrenceville. It could be a wire slipped out somewhere, bad capacitor, bad coil, or if its electronic I'm not much help...
