Bare bottom or sand for mixed frag tank?

Now that I had to drain it all, wondering whether to add the sand back or not. Had about 100 lbs of live rock in there. Is a 75g.

Sand can be quite annoying. That, and I went with WAY too smal grained sand so it was getting kicked around.

If I was going to run any sand I would go with the crushed coral not sure what its called but the nice white looking substrate you always see in modern tanks.

if you wanna know some good stuff (same stuff you are speaking of) just pm beccaf91 and ask them they have it in they're 90 and its good stuff.

BB is nice, I ran if in several tanks. Just have a nice large skimmer and very good water movement. If you don't like it, add sand later. I added sand to my 140 overnight. While it may not be the best approach, it can be done if you end up not liking BB.
