Bartlett Anthias

Well over the last couple of weeks maybe 3 now my anthias have been really worrying me. From the start they were all friends i have one male and 3 females have had them for about 6-8 months. But know the male only hangs out with one female and she is a b**** the other two females hide all the time! One of the females is soo skinny and wont even come out to eat anymore. She is super skinny and is seriously hiding in a rock and i can easily remove the rock to move her to the sump but i dont want to stress her out. This certain female was usually hiding and the other 2 females were out and about but she ate and was healthy.

What should i do?

I'd move the fish if you think it's only going to get worse. Other solution would be to move the male and female that are pairing up.
