I am going to purchase a Reef Keeper soon, but for now I may buy the JBJ until I get the funds for the controller. Than I can just purchase the float kit.

What size tubing does the Tunze use? Is it the same size as RO tubing, or can you connect to that size?

the RK can handle/control an integral ATO (by reading input from a float switch and turning on a separate pump like the TOMs Aqualifter.... (this method is similar to what I use with my Apex system..)

or

you can add an All in One unit like the JBJ, Osmolator, etc..


fwiw.. I've seen "older style" Osmolators' on sale on Ebay for under $100

Best piece of equipment that I have bought for my tank... very consistent, has a shut off fail safe, you just can't beat it.
