Best Free Malware Removal Tool?

Not sure what I downloaded but there is so much malware on my computer it is almost unusable. Of course Microsoft Security Essentials says nothing is wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Down load and run combofix, it's a free malware removal software.
I've used it lots of time with great success.

I agree with Berje Malwarebyte.org is the best and for around 20 bucks you can get the full version which i use at work daily. We use Mcafee and Malwarebyte's catches things they don't.

Avg or i might have a copy of avast pro download malwarebytes first run that before you virus scan when you virus scan go to settings and do a boot scan

What Jenn said and add in CCleaner,also free. I have been running this combo for years on multiple computers for years. All of these programs can be downloaded from Cnet.com
