Best local place to get a pH Meter?

Where is the best local place to purchase a pH meter? I am just looking for a little hand held meter that is meter and probe all in one, not one with a separate probe. Does Wal-mart carry them? Go to a LFS? Do the LFS also carry buffer solution?

Ya sam has the Hanna hand held meters I think. One should run you about $50 or so. Noone carries calibration packets except some LFSs and Aquabuys. If you are not in a rush for your PH pen, you could always E-bay it. I think I picked up mine for about $40 after shipping.
