best skimmer for under $300

I have pretty much decided on going with the Reef Octopus Extreme 160 or 200 for my 93 gal SPS build. I am wanting to hear some opinions on these skimmers as well as some other suggestions. Obviously performance is my most important concern, but other factors are important as well (quiet operation, efficiency, etc). I will be building my own stand so there should be plenty of height for most skimmers. I appreciate any suggestions or links that I can research different skimmers.

I am very pleased with the Octo 160 Extreme....set it and forget it. I think Dough's skimmer looks promising also.

LOL! It took me 10 months to make a decision.

I got my MR-2 dual beckett for $200 and a pump to run it on RC for $75.. I can't complain!!

I spent two months researching a skimmer. I read every review on every board and sales website I could find. In the end, I ended up buying the Reef Octopus Extreme 200. From there it was just a matter of who had the lowest price...

I found a site that already had free shipping and then I found a coupon on top of that. Ended up having it shipped to the door for $285.
