Big Eye fish

I have two fish that have been swimming around with swollen eyes for almost 2 weeks. anybody know what that is? how to treat it?

It could be a couple of different things. Popeye is a bacterial infection - eyes protruding but otherwise clear.

If the eyes are cloudy and appear somewhat swollen, it could be trematodes.

What species of fish are they? Some are more prone to trematodes than others, but any fish can attract that parasite.
