Ya does not look like Black Ich to me.... Luck much more like a skin reaction but hard to tell without seeing them in person. I WOULD NOT FW Dip these two fish (mainly since you need to read up on FW dipping). Give them some time and see how they fair.

Thanks everyone for taking a look at the pictures and for the advice. I don't have an anemone with them. The only corals in the tank are zoas and an acan lord. I am just going to keep an eye on them and make sure they don't show any signs of being sick. Thanks again.
