Blue butt bug?

I was checking out my little macro algae tank last night and noticed something tiny I hadn’t seen yet. There were at least 2 of these tiny little blue butt boogers. Any idea what they are? They are tiny tiny, like the size of the period at the end of this sentence tiny.

Everyone in R2R did as well. Still no answer as to what these little things are though.

Looks isopod like with the antenna head and segmented body. With a better photo we could do a Google image search.

That’s the best my TG-5 could do in microscope mode with it up against the acrylic… that’s how small these things are. Someone suggested the blue might be eggs, and they do kind of look like grainy little eggs if you zoom in enough. If anyone has a microscope, I can try and collect one, but otherwise I’m not sure I can get much better than that.
