1. Discussed 2011 ARC Holiday Party.
--a. Specifics are tentative and subject to change, as negotiations are ongoing.
----1. Location: Georgia Aquarium, Ocean Voyager Gallery.
----2. Date: Sunday, 12/11 with backup date of Sunday, 12/4.
----3. Hors d'oeuvres and non-alcoholic drinks furnished, cash bar.
--b. Plan to move ahead with tentative negotiations for Holiday party voted on and passed 6 Yes, 0 No.
2. Discussed and voted on Allocation of Summer BBQ budget to supplement the Holiday Party budget.
--a. The ARC did not have a Summer Barbeque this year, so the BBQ operating budget has been allocated to supplement the Holiday party budget. Voted on and passed 6 yes, 0 no.
3. Discussed and Voted on name change for ARC Sponsor Southeastern Aquarium to SEA Atlanta and addition of new Partner to determine if any changes to original ARC Sponsor Application required. BoD determined no changes to original Sponsor Application required.
--a. Voted on and passed 5 Yes, 0 No. BoD Member Raj Knight abstained from Vote.
4. Discussed and Voted on approval for ARC Sponsor SEA Atlanta Mass Email.
