I have a few things that I want to try to frag, wondered if anyone near Roswell/E Cobb might be willing to loan me their fragging tools for a weekend.

Is this the only time you ever plan to frag? If not, I would recommend just buying a set. They aren’t too expensive.

Really unless you get to a wet band saw, all I ever do can be done with bone cutters and household items like paring, razor or table knife or scissors.

i'd recommend a dremmel for branching lps...i've cracked a few euphyllia heads in my time using bone cutters
Which attachment do you use on the Dremel? Is it a diamond blade?

I also used the el cheapo dremel from Harbor Freight...you've got to be careful so that spinning blade doesn't come flying off, lol
