Branching Coralline Algae?

Got some out of the keys. Cool stuff didn't survive, but will grab some more when I'm back. There are just piles of it in the shallow ankle deep macro beds.

I have some , it grows in a birdsnest like tangle , it also likes higher light than the typical encrusting type from what I have experienced.
Mine started turning white in low light but now its purpleing up again except its in prime real estate and I'm thinking a piece of millipora would look better in its spot.

I got some plating many years ago from ^^^Tater at the Aviarium. Don't remember what ever happened to it...it was definitely cool though.

That's where I got the idea but theirs isn't branching,
"Rigid Coralline Algae Clusters are Coralline Algae encrusted on a hard calcium base."
