bristle worms

Not bad...just a lot of folks feel uncomfortable having them...or getting pricked by one! :D They are a good clean up crew.

Kind of like if, say, Centipedes cleaned your house... even though they have a beneficial job, most people are creeped out a little bit and want them gone. I had one in my tank as a hitchhiker during the cycle, but have not seen it in months. I assume it's still alive, but I check out the tank under moonlights often. He used to be easy to spot, but nothing for a long time. I think I have a tiny fireworm in my sump, though.

My wife screams everytime she sees one, I say leave it unless she is going to get in there and eat poop like it does, hehe.

Matt

I say good, because the clean up all the crap in my tank, but the wife wants me to capture them and nuke em. She thinks they are going to crawl out of the tank at night and attack her in bed.
