Cleaned the blaster and got it all set and leveled and now it keeps overflowing bubbles. I have it going back into the sump but last night I had the drain tube going into a container and within 30 min. it has bubbled off 4 quarts of refill water that is why I set the tube to drain back into the sump. This morning it is still bubbling over. I have closed the red valve completely and still bubbles. As soon as I put the drain tube back into the container it will fill it and drain the sump dry. Reef Ocotopus 2000 int. I just let it run and it bubbled off another 1 1/2 ltrs. and now it is running normal. If I open the red valve it starts to bubble up and over. In the past I have just been able to open it about 1/2 of the way. I guess it could be that I brought the water higher than normal but not by much. Thanks, Bubba

Check the venturi portion if there is salt build up that could be messing with it.

I had the entire unit out and cleaned it on Thursday. It looked just like new. Last night I heard it making a sound like it was turning off and on but I looked and the flow was not be inturpted just this burping sound. I brought my water up to just above the normal level and leveled the BB and the burping stopped but the bubble blasing didn't. As previously indicated, it is normal now but the water level is so low that I will have to add water daily and I really had gotton the system to where it was just everyother day. I guess I should have left it dirty and leaning. Just like the xenia I have been reading about. Thanks, Bubba
