ive got two bubble tip anemones, a rbta and a gbta, both of which always only have short tentacles all the time.

mine never extend out all long and flowy or bubble up like others, anybody know why?

its a 12 gallon jbj cube under par38 led for about 8 hours a day, on a timer.

i change about 2-3 gallons a week with reef crystals

Edit: instant ocean salt

I've kept some BTAs in a 12g with stock(pc) lighting. 4g wc biweekly. they did ok but never as good as the ones in the big systems.

anything else, somebody? the two anemones don't look like they're doing as well as they should be. everything else looks great.

i'm considering selling/trading them before they get worse if i need to

Hey, I'm close by. If you fear that you will lose them and want to get something back for your investment before too late, I can understand that. I'd give $25.00 for the green
