I have purchased a few BTA. (picking up tonight) They are on some rock from the sellers tank. What do I need to do? Can I just put the rock and all in my tank?? How do I get them off the rock?? My worries are that there could be some kind of parasite on the rock that has the BTA on them. Like ICK or anything. QT is going to be hard. What should I do???

I would remove it from the rock. I used a plastic spoon very carefully begin to pull the foot off of the rock. It will upset the nem to the point where he will let go. Some people use the water flow of a power head to get it to release but I couldn't get it to work. Good luck

I always use a spoon and ice. Works everytime

You can use the rounded corner of an old credit card also.

I use a wooden skewer and it comes off pretty easy
