Just started running the sump and noticed that there are alot of tiny bubbles coming out from the return into the tank. Is this just the tank getting broken in or is there something that can be done to stop the bubbles?

I had the same problem... (in my situation there wasn't enough water in the sump and the bubbles were carried from the sump into the display)

if the return section of your sump is clear, then there could be a leak on the pull side of the pump..

I have the same issue and its not because of lack of water ( ato takes care of that) but i was thinking of adding a filter or some kind of filtration to catch them. Any thoughts on if this will stop the pods/rots from going up in the display as well? ( i assume yeah but wanted to ask) Also, any thoughts on how to resolve this?

Do you have a skimmer or uv in there that may have the return line above the water line? That would cause it

I apologize to thread jack but i am trying to providing information for everyone resolve their own issue..

My set up is a mag 7 for the return that T's off into a line for the uv then to the skimmer...the skimmer then returns into the drain section along with the intial drain from the display
