Bugs in my tank

:lol2: Did you count them all? Or just the ones on your glass?

Anyway, I wouldn't worry too much. These types of things will come and go! Of course, if you've got a good refugium, Mandarins are always nice!

I know i've been wanting one but was worried about my pod population lol not anymore if thats what these are, I mean they are all on the glass man its like if you took a drive at dusk all those little white bugs you hit in the summer time lol

lol......lol......lol i thought the same thing when i first started
i was flipping out at first
havent laughed that hard in a while
thanks man they should be pods but like others said no pics its hard to know

They are bad and will release toxins in the water. You need to remove everyone manually so you don't crash your tank. You need to use forceps because the pressure differential from the siphon will release the toxins in the water.

LOL, J/K. They are likely pods as stated before.

Best I can get, I do understand these are some sort of pods but its just the extreme population that happend very quickly. The tank is relativly new and set up with base rock and and the fuge isnt but prob 4 weeks old, the only thing the pods could have came from was some cheato i picked up 3 or 4 weeks ago

NOOOOOOOOO anything but the ole siphon death trap

Something seems wrong... When you said a lot.. I figured quite a few.. That is way more than I have ever seen at one time..

1 blood red shrimp, 1 cleaner shrimp, mated pair of yellow watchmen gobies, 1 coral beauty, 1 blue green chromis, 1 pair of naked clowns, some sort of conch, a few turbos and some small sand sifting snails

the population seems to be going down and i see the coral beauty nipping at the glass

Rods food and a mix of that ocean 4 pk frozen food in a green case, also some pellets, I throw a few pellets at lunch then at night i suck a little of the mix in a turkey baster and feed

I wouldnt think it would be the cause for the breakout.. but isn't ph a tad high?
